Rangpuram offers ritual and aromatic dhoop products, including sticks, tikkis, cones, cups and combo packs.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredient details, quantities, fragrance descriptions and prices are accurate.

As some aromatic materials and natural ingredients may vary, minor differences in colour, texture, appearance or fragrance may occur between batches. Such variations do not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and the product advertised.

Any claims regarding ingredients, sourcing, manufacturing, certifications or product benefits will be made only where accurate and appropriately supported.

3. Intended Use and Safety

Rangpuram products are intended for appropriate ritual and aromatic use. They are not food, medicines or substitutes for medical treatment.

When using a dhoop product:

Use an appropriate heat-resistant holder on a stable, non-flammable surface.
Keep it away from curtains, paper, fabrics and other flammable materials.
Keep burning products away from children and pets.
Never leave a burning or smouldering product unattended.
Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid directly inhaling smoke.
Ensure all embers are fully extinguished before disposal.
Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

People sensitive to smoke or fragrance should use caution. Always follow product-specific instructions and warnings on the packaging.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean it has been dispatched.

We may contact you to verify order details. An order may be declined or cancelled where there is a genuine issue, such as unavailable stock, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If payment has been collected for an order cancelled by Rangpuram, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with law.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payments

Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges and other mandatory costs will be displayed before you confirm your purchase, as applicable.

Available payment options may include online prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders and serviceable locations. COD conditions and any applicable charges will be disclosed before checkout is completed.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Never share your payment PIN, CVV or banking password through customer support messages.

Discounts, combo offers, promotional codes and free-shipping offers may be subject to conditions and validity periods disclosed with the offer.
